A specialized program for those battling on the front lines
Many first responders come into contact with toxic exposures on a daily basis. Whether it be off-gassing from a fire, constant exposure to diesel fumes or chemically impregnated fabrics first responders are exposed to a heavier toxic load than the everyday civilian. Our First Responder Wellness Plan will guide you on a path of continued wellness and health so that you may thrive alongside a harsh environment.
First Responder Wellness Program
5 Session Package, which includes:

Initial consultation with a Professional Licensed Registered Nurse (90 minutes)

Comprehensive review of medical, surgical, family and social history

Medication reconciliation

Symptom review

Comprehensive diagnostic lab panels (Approx. $200 - not included, but optional)

Imaging or additional testing would be symptom-driven

Patient education

Creation of an individualized wellness plan

Coordination of care, as needed

Four (4) follow-up sessions (45 minutes)

Direct access to your practitioner via text, email, and instant messaging on out secure, HIPAA-compliant EHR platform, Practice Better

Patient portal access where you may review your health information at your convenience
